Campaign Overview
ScopeX ("Organizer") is conducting three promotional giveaways during the campaign period. By participating, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Campaign Periods:
- New Users Giveaway: September 10 – September 30, 2025
- Transacting Users Giveaway: September 15 – September 30, 2025
- Referring Users Giveaway: September 15 – September 30, 2025
Lucky Draw Date:
All draws will be conducted on the eve of Dussehra, with winners announced on October 2, 2025.
Prizes (for each giveaway):
- 1 × Apple iPad (A16 chip)
- 1 × Apple Watch SE
- 3 × Echo Pop
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. ScopeX reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if required.
New Users Giveaway
- Eligible to all new users who successfully create an account on ScopeX between 10th Sept 2025 to 30th Sept 2025.
- To qualify, users must successfully create their ScopeX account between 10th Sept 2025 to 30th Sept 2025.
- The coupon cannot be combined with any other coupons.
Transacting Users Giveaway
- Eligible to all users who complete one or more transactions of €1000 or above between September 15 and September 30, 2025.
- Each qualifying transaction (based on unique Transfer ID) counts as one entry. Multiple qualifying transfers generate multiple entries.
- Failed, incomplete, or reversed transactions (whether due to the user, ScopeX, or external parties) are not eligible.
Referring Users Giveaway
- Eligible to all users who successfully refer new users between September 15 and September 30, 2025.
- A referral is considered successful when the referred user completes onboarding with ScopeX.
- Each successful referral grants the referrer one entry.
- Referrers and referees remain eligible for ScopeX's standard referral program in addition to this giveaway.
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries for each giveaway separately.
- Winners will be notified via email, phone, or in-app message within 7 days of the draw.
- Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.
- ScopeX will arrange delivery of prizes; winners may be required to provide valid identification and delivery details.
General Conditions
- ScopeX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- ScopeX reserves the right to disqualify participants found engaging in fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- ScopeX is not responsible for technical issues, delays, system failures, or circumstances beyond its control that affect participation or prize fulfillment.
- By participating, users grant ScopeX the right to use their name, image, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- All decisions by ScopeX regarding the campaign are final and binding.
- Individuals have to be 18+ years of age to qualify for the giveaway.
